Property Development on the GMLLOA Road Right of Way

There have been a few instances where GMLLOA association contracted brushing, ditching, or clearing activities have been undertaken within the road right of way, and have damaged member planted trees, gardens or landscaping.

In order to service all members, these activities are required to maintain our roadways. GMLLOA reserves the right to undertake these activities in the road right of way and will not be held responsible for any damage of this nature within the roadways.

Any planting or development of the road right of way land adjacent to your property is undertaken at your own risk.
